I have waited a couple of months before writing this review. Earlier on this year I started having problems with my tv signal. Engineers from a couple of other aerial companies were unable to solve the problem. The tv worked maybe for a few days or maybe just a few hours after they left and then the signal would drop again. Thank you Speedy aerials! No problems since his visit, he worked diligently for about one hour and his charge was very reasonable.

We had great service from Speedy Aerials. They came out a time which was convenient to us, and also came out in the snow. The price was very competitive, the fitter was very friendly and the aerial works perfectly.

Could not believe how speedy this company is. Phoned late Friday afternoon saw someone within the hour. Excellent service. Engineer was really friendly. Talked me through the problem and solved it pronto. Would definitely recommend .

Having suffered poor reception for a while I called Larry at Speedy Aerials who gave me a list of things to try to remedy the issues without charge! No joy, so, Larry and Tony attended within the week (they would have come earlier), and replaced the aerial. The price was very reasonable and the after sales attention to detail is impeccable...they're contactable even on a Bank holiday! Larry, I'll definitely recommend your business to anyone.

Speedy aerials - they certainly are!Having been let down by other companies, I was very pleased with the fast response to my call. The engineer turned up when he promised, and having seen the issue offered several solutions. Price agreed, aerial tested and recabled, tidied up, and gone within two hours.Great job, no attempts to do unnecessary work.Highly recommended

After the heavy rains last week we gradually lost all our satellite channels. The engineer (T) came out when he said he would - ON A SUNDAY MORNING!! and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a range of solutions. He carried out the work efficiently and I felt he cared about getting the best and most affordable outcome for me.I also think that as a woman there can be times when visiting professionals and tradespeople can make you feel uncomfortable in your own home. The engineer was approachable, polite and respectful and I felt safe. Thank you very much. I now have fully functioning access to all my favourite channels. Happy Days!

Called on behalf of my grandmother as she wasn’t getting any TV signal. Friendly guy Larry gave me diagnostics over the phone and was able to and sort the matter myself with the specialist advice that was provided. It’s pleasing to know there are genuine Ariel specialists around, this company put customer service before business. Highly reccomend and will use with any TV Ariel issues that may arise in the future. Thank you.

Fabulous customer service, polite and very friendly. Having just moved house we had very poor TV signal, gave Speedy Aerials a call and they came out, fitted an external aerial as requested and re-routed the cabling. Very tidy and quality work. Stayed around and ensured that we were happy and had all the expected channels for the area. Would recommend to everyone

Fantastic service. Rang Larry at 1:30 on a Saturday to sort out my elderly mothers Ariel and he was round and had it sorted by 4 o’clock at a decent price as well. Can’t fault that can you.

Larry from Speedy aerials came to see me this morning and I cannot thank him enough. I have had problems with my satellite dish and TV for months and he fixed it all on the day in 40 minutes ! I’ve never known such a friendly professional, not only did he fix it on the day.. the cost was extremely fair. I would definitely recommend Speedy Aerials to anyone that needs help with their TV or dish ! Thank you!! :)

Great and prompt communication from start to finish - responding to my initial enquiry, confirming dates and times, letting you know when arriving shortly and explaining the problem. Totally agree with one of other of the reviews - quick, quality and really importantly HONEST in their evaluation and fixing of the issue i.e. they wont fit or sell you something you don't need.

Recently moved into a new property and have nothing but problems with trying to get the aerial sorted out, my partner found speedy aerials online and we gave them and call and was told that they would come out today (yesterday) or tomorrow (today) it got to about 5.30-5.45 and I didn't think they was going to turn up as we was aware they were very busy and just assumed they would make it the next day. However two very nice friendly helpful men turned up 5 minutes later. They were very friendly and was more than happy to sort the problem out for us. The whole time they were here they were polite friendly and even cracked a couple of jokes. I will definietly be recommending this company to friends and family.Thank you guys for a great service

Well the website said 'can do' attitude and Daryl and Mattie certainly lived up to it! Despite the rain, they were positive, funny and did a great job, replacing my worn out analogue aerial for a digital one in half an hour. They pinned back the looping cables, going the extra mile. Compare this to a previous call out from another company where the engineer was grumpy and spouted a load of health and safety rubbish. God help the elderly who are on the receiving end of companies that provide an appalling service.Thank you Daryl and Mattie!
