An aerial & satellite engineer who actually works in Hitchin.
Hitchin's old market-town core is a beautiful challenge, narrow streets, listed buildings, party-wall terraces and heritage roofs. We know exactly what conservation officers accept and where the honest install line runs.
Signal comes off Sandy Heath, a clean shot from Hitchin, but the town's mix of high Georgian townhouses and cottage stock demands a proper survey rather than a generic install.
We cover Hitchin Old Town, Walsworth, Purwell, Westmill, the Priory estate, Ickleford and Offley, plus the modern developments on the town's edges. Different properties, different specs, same 2-year warranty on the lot.
The full toolkit, one van, one engineer, one bill.
Everything below is fitted by us across Hitchin, no subcontractors, no handover, no follow-up visit needed unless you ask for one.

Why Hitchin rooftops fail, and how we fix them.
Hitchin's heritage core and mixed estate stock throw up specific challenges. Here's the shortlist we see most weeks.
Conservation restrictions in Old Town
Aerials must be discreet. We fit low-profile side-of-chimney, loft-mounted or gable-end depending on the property and what conservation typically accepts.
Party-wall installs on terraces
Bearton and Walsworth terraces need careful bracket location | we've been doing them for 36 years and know where the safe fixings are.
Wi-Fi in thick-walled townhouses
Old Town Georgian townhouses eat Wi-Fi. Ceiling APs on Cat6 backbone is what actually works.
Priory estate cable ageing
Original 60s cabling on the Priory estate is often the real cause of picture drop-outs | full recable is usually cheaper than repeat call-outs.
Village signal fringe (Offley, Ickleford)
Village edges around Hitchin can sit in a slightly weaker signal zone | right-gain aerial and proper pole height are what fix it.
The same five steps, every job.
